The PPPT-MJD (towards Pathological Protein Processing and Toxicity in Machado-Joseph Disease) consortium is an international reseach consortium consisting of 5 research groups from 4 countries including Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and Israel.
The Consortium is funded by the 'ERA-Net for Reserach Programmes on Rare Diseases' (www.erare.eu) from 2013 until 2016.
